Scott D. Larson is the owner and president of BenchMark Engineers, P.C.. Scott has considerable background
in the design of residential and commercial subdivisions and developments, such as water
and sewer lines, streets and parking lots, storm sewer, detention pond design, and drainage analyses.
In addition, he has extensive experience in the design of highways, pavement, drainage, and flood control projects.
Scott currently represents Laramie, Goshen, & Niobrara Counties as County Engineer and the Towns of Burns, Albin and Pine Bluffs as
Town Engineer. In 2000, he was appointed by the Governor of Wyoming to be on a Select Committee to establish a
County Road Manual outlining the procedures and design guidelines to be used by all counties throughout the State.
