BenchMark Engineers, PC is a Wyoming-based
civil engineering, planning and surveying firm serving local, state and federal governments, developers
and other clients throughout Wyoming and the Rocky Mountain Region.

While the name is relatively new, BenchMark Engineers draws
upon a wealth of experience. In 1996, Scott Larson purchased Jack Noblitt & Associates, a civil engineering and planning
firm with a half-century track record. He then carefully selected a fine group of engineers, designers, surveyors and
administrative staff with more than fifty years of combined professional experience.
Together we form teams to work with the community – every one we serve – to meet its engineering needs and deliver
more than expected. From the first planning meeting to the ground-break celebration, we coordinate with numerous
individuals to accomplish the goals of many people.

Ethics
are the foundation of our relationships – with our
clients, our community, our industry and our staff. In conjunction with our expertise and experience, fair practice
and ethics guide every project we lead.

Our presentations are crystal clear, to group committees
and private developers alike, leaving no margin for misinterpretation yet a lot of leeway for imagination. Working
closely with our clients, we ensure that the end product meets the objective, tastefully and effectively.

From detailed proposals with 3D concepts to consistent
follow-up and supervision throughout the project, we ensure that everyone is informed of necessary changes along
the way. Our initial objective and end result are parallel – to deliver the utmost quality in an efficient manner,
remaining client-focused, always.
